How do I extract pages from a PDF?
Select or drag and drop your PDF file into the extractor above. Choose the pages you want to extract by clicking individual page cards or entering page numbers and ranges (e.g. 1-3, 5). Click Extract Pages to generate and download your new PDF containing only the selected pages.
Can I extract multiple non-consecutive pages into one PDF?
Yes. You can select any combination of non-consecutive pages or page ranges (e.g. 1, 4, 7-9). QaviloPDF extracts all chosen pages and combines them into a single, clean PDF document.
Can I visually preview and select pages before extracting?
Yes. The interactive page grid displays every page of your document with its page number, orientation, and dimensions. You can click on any page thumbnail to toggle selection with real-time bidirectional synchronization with the range field.
Can I reorder pages while extracting them?
Yes. When entering page numbers in the range input field, pages are extracted in the exact order you specify (e.g. entering "4, 1-2" will place page 4 first in the output PDF). When selecting pages through the visual grid, pages are extracted in document order.
Are my PDF documents uploaded to a server?
